This policy explains how Nexnear collects and uses personal data, in line with applicable data-protection law and good international practice.

1. What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and business details you provide (e.g. CR number, phone).
• RFQ & enquiry data — the contact details and requirements you submit, shared with matched suppliers.
• Usage data — logs, device information and privacy-friendly analytics.

2. How we use it

• To operate the marketplace: matching RFQs, delivering quotes, verification, notifications.
• To secure the platform: fraud prevention, rate limiting, audit trails of sensitive actions.
• To communicate service messages by email or in-app notification.

3. Sharing

RFQ contact details are shared only with the supplier(s) you target or that match your request. We use processors (hosting, email, identity) under contract; we do not sell personal data.

4. Retention & security

Data is retained while your account is active or as required by law, protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. Payment card data is never stored by Nexnear.

5. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Use the Contact page to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions (httpOnly) and, if enabled, cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
