Welcome to Nexnear. By accessing or using this marketplace you agree to these terms. Nexnear is a marketplace connecting buyers with sellers and service providers.

1. The service

Nexnear provides discovery, requests for quotation (RFQs), supplier profiles and related tools. Unless expressly stated, Nexnear is not a party to transactions concluded between buyers and suppliers and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or delivery of listed goods.

2. Accounts & vendor listings

• You must provide accurate information, including business and Commercial Registration details.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
• Verification badges reflect checks performed at a point in time and are not a warranty.
• We may suspend or remove accounts, listings or content that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, infringing or fraudulent content or conduct.
• No scraping, abuse of rate limits, or interference with the platform's operation.
• Prices, quotes and product data submitted must be genuine and kept current.

4. Fees

Core listing and RFQ features are currently free. Paid subscriptions, lead packages or transaction services, when introduced, will be governed by their published pricing.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexnear disclaims indirect and consequential damages, and its aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid to Nexnear in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is registered.
